# Standard / policy pages

Standard and policy pages are used for regular store information, legal content, shipping details, return information, and other text-based pages.

Use this page type for content such as:

* Terms of Service
* Privacy Policy
* Shipping Policy
* Returns & Refunds
* About pages
* General information pages

### How these pages work

Standard and policy page content is managed from Shopify Admin.

Some policy pages may appear in the theme editor under **Policy** and may not have editable page sections.

This is normal.

### Edit standard pages

{% hint style="success" %}
To edit a standard Shopify page:

* From your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store > Pages**.
* Open the page you want to edit.
* Edit the page title and content.
* Click **Save**.
  {% endhint %}

### Edit policy pages

{% hint style="success" %}
To edit Shopify policy pages:

* From your Shopify admin, go to **Settings**.
* Click **Policies**.
* Open the policy you want to edit.
* Edit the content.
* Click **Save**.
  {% endhint %}

### Page content

The page title and body content come from Shopify Admin.

Frameora displays this content using the theme’s typography, spacing, and page styling.

### Best practices

Before publishing, check that:

* The page title is clear.
* The content is accurate and up to date.
* Legal, shipping, refund, and privacy information has been reviewed.
* Links in the content work correctly.
* The page is linked from your footer, menu, or support area.
* The page looks good on desktop and mobile.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lufavo.com/frameora/page-setup/standard-policy-pages.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
